Does anyone know which part of the body is the "Thum"?

The woman on the billboard is presumably talking to her counselor at the clinic. The counselor should tell her that the chances of contracting an STD increase when she is horizontal.

This is another public health message, this time in Bengaluru. Shouldn't the message be written in Kannada, the local language?  Maybe the foreigners are the culprits.
